Billy's Birthday Card

This is my 2nd post today...that NEVER happens!  But to be fair I did make the baby card yesterday, just didn't get it posted.  We are celebrating our son's birthday this weekend (it's Aug 4th), because they live 3 hrs away and he has this Sunday off.  This image is Video Game Guy from Bugaboo Stamps and is PERFECT for Billy!  I was one of their top 3 winners a few weeks ago and this is one of the images I chose:)  He is colored with copics and cut out with Lawn Fawn large stitched square die.  The layout is for Sweet Sketch Wednesday 2 Challenge #116.  Striped digital paper is from Doodle Pantry (no longer in business), polkadot from my stash, lime green by Bo Bunny, and blue cs by Craft Smith blues 12x12 pad.  I googled the film strip, imported it into Silhouette Studio, traced, and cut out, the "candy dots" are perler beads that I melted.  Happy Birthday sentiment is a freebie at Birds Cards, cut out with The Stamps of Life large stitched circle die, and matted with SB large circle die.

Baby Girl Card

Hubby needed a card for a baby shower at work, so off to Pinterest I went to find one I could CASE.  I found this one by Queen Creations along with a tutorial and directions for cutting it out.  I used "Something for Baby" stamp and die set from Stampin' Up!   CS from Hobby Lobby, Color Box Twilight ink pad, Memento black ink pad, Mustard Seed and Vintage Photo distress ink, and orange Copic marker.  SB Label One die for the bottom of the dresser cut out and brads from my stash.  I did straighten the two out that are crooked in this pic!  I made an envelope with the Envelope Punch Board by We R Memory Keepers and followed the tutorial by Melissa at Silhouette School for the envelope liner.

50th Anniversary

Today card is for my in-laws who will be celebrating their 50th Anniversary on July 15th!  They do not want a party so we are planning to take them to Vegas sometime this fall...just their boys and spouses!

I was inspired by this card I found on Pinterest.  I googled champagne glasses, imported them into Silhouette Studio to trace/cut out, I duplicated the glasses, edited to make the center cut for the shaker part, and cut out acetate for the "glass part".  I used double sided sticky foam board to mount the front and back of the glasses to and gold glitter for the "champagne".  Fancy label and 50 cut out on my Cameo, heat embossed in gold Happy Anniversary, divine swirl embossing folder from Cuttlebug, and organza ribbon by The Ribbon Boutique.  All papers are Recollections from Michael's.

Chelsea's Birthday

Today's card is for my DIL's birthday next week.  Purple is her favorite color, so I'm sure she will love it!  This is Cowboy Dottie from Bugaboo Stamps (I couldn't find her in their new store).  The layout is for Stella Says Sketch Challenge #511 at Catch the Bug.  I colored her with copics, cut out with Lawn Fawn large stitched oval die, and the scalloped mat was cut on my Cameo with a nesting image from the Silhouette Store.  The purple dp is from Cocoamint at her Etsy Shop, green plaid is The Paper Studio The Basics 12x12 pad, and purple and green cs from Hobby Lobby.  I used vintage photo distress ink around all the edges, lavender stickles on her belt and boots, and stamped the Happy Birthday (by Paper & Such) with dusty concord distress ink.  Fiskars scalloped punch, lime jute trim, and cowboy hat button from Hobby Lobby.

Wedding Card

I made this card for a friend's daughter who is getting married...her colors are navy and gold.  I found this cake topper image when I did a google search, which  I imported it into Silhouette Studio, traced, and cut it out.  The hearts are a Silhouette image.  I used Cuttlebug divine swirl embossing folder and heat embossed the sentiment.  Navy cs from Craft & Smith blues 12x12 pad and gold paper from Recollections.

Hubby's Father's Day Card

I thought this would be the perfect image for DH Father's Day card.  This past spring we bought a couple steers to raise, so of course, he had to get a new tractor!  His is a little newer than this one, as it has a cab (with air conditioning and a radio!), a front bucket, hay fork, and brushhog!  I included a picture of his tractor.

Anyhow, on to my card!  I chose "Got Tractor" and "Hay Bale" pre-colored images from Doodle Pantry...unfortunately she closed her shop:(  The layout is for Mojo Monday Sketch #500, which is her last challenge.  The image is cut out with Lawn Fawn large stitched square die.  I imported the hay bales into Silhouette Studio to add the text, print, and cut out.  The red dp is from Bo Bunny, striped and straw paper from The Paper Studio, as is the teal and black cs.  Burlap strips colored with copics and gear embossing folder from Darice.  I used dried marigold distress ink around the image and hay bales.
